I have a skoda rapid, purchased on oct 2014, Registration rj20cd3119 Engine no - cln272900 Chassis no - tmbbldna5eg012779 This letter is to inform you that i had met with an accident and my car was damaged. The insurance has been claimed. I had given my car for repairing purposes to saga automotive india private limited, kota-rajasthan workshop almost 4 to 5 months back but then there is no response from their side.in fact the workshop has been closed and my car is still with them. I am very much disappointed with your service. Please look into the matter or else i'll have to take further actions. I am very unhappy with the level of service being provided by skoda. This has been a constant problem and while i really like the car, i feel that the service standards have been steadily worsening over the years. The quality of service provided across your workshops is consistently bad and it only seems to be deteriorating. At the time of purchasing they promised that we will provide the service 24/7 at any place but i couldn't get. I'm certainly not happy, and i expect your dealership to fix the car properly, i will not be satisfied until you return the car to me in perfect working order. I expect three things: 1. Prompt repair of my car as soon as possible. 2. A free rental car for my use while my car is in the workshop. 3. An apology from your dealership for the rudeness of your employee Your company's lack of service and professionalism is unacceptable to me. To skoda, i ask: if the company is unable to provide quality after sales service, then it should not expect consumers to buy their products either.
