[Resolved] Skullcandy — Defective Skullcandy Headphone | |||
I have purchased a headphone from Skullcandy official website on 21st Sept 2020. On the same day, I have found that it was a defective product. It's play/pause functionality was not working. I tried a couple of times but it was not working. I tried contacting its customer care and its partner distributor (Brandeyes) but their service was not helpful and they were busy all the time. So I tried to contact them via their customer service mail id ( [protected]@brandeyes.in ) and at the same time, they created one ticket (Ticket No:[protected]). but they never responded after that. I replied to the complaint mail multiple times but they are not responding to my follow-up emails. It's been more than 10 days in a row and the company is not responding. I don't know whom to contact. Please find the important details below; Product - Skullcandy Venue ANC Product Price - Rs 9999 INR OrderId - 254175 PFA for the bill invoice. Kindly do the needful. Oct 10, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Helped me a lot to follow up with the respective customer service. I think if they hadn't been involved in this matter, my money would be wasted for sure.
The email and phone number are the same which is mentioned on their company's website. Skullcandy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
