Idu was purchased docomo sim last 1 year before every month max 800 rs was my bill amount & i activated the 3g internet plan in march it was 249 rs 2.5 gb plan, after i used 2 gb only i have a settings in my mobile after 2 gb it will automatically disconnect, but april my bill was 4133 rs i confused and i asked to customer care they told me your bill amount is 26000 rs after discount 4133 rs, i asked them how it is possible they told me exose of internet usage after that they said we have a application downloading please call after 30 min i said ok i called after 40 mins & i asked them about my bill they said our system is updating can u please call me tomorrow, i said ok after 3 days i called, they said sorry sir system is updating we don't have information about u please call after 30 min after 30 i called i am sorry system is still uprating this is happened 17 days bludy bugger's even they won't respond to customer i just want to ask them in kannada "shaata" theriyakka idhira neevella illa andre nim mane avaranna kalsi thale hiddhu bill cutthini, after i complained to them now my mobile bill is after discount 1204 tell me what should i do for this the bill copy i have Summary of current charges (Rs.) 1) monthly rentals 678.00 2) usage charges 1.30 3) data usage charges 26, 545.21 4) value added service charges 348.00 5) roaming charges 0.00 6) one time charges 0.00 7) discounts -23, 894.11 8) other charges 0.00 Subtotal 3, 678.40 9) service tax 454.65 Total current charges 4, 133.05 Dispute amount to be handled 0.00 Was this information helpful? | |||
