[Resolved] Sky Commodities — trade without my knowledge and lost my money

Iam kaja mohaideen my i'd ch6004... Already i have forwarded complaint against sky commodity velacherry branch... But from there side they have given reply as iam giving false accusations against there company and they have done very gud job... Here am updating all details of there trading details to me.
I have opened ac on november 20 the 2019 and till december 19 th only mr. Divine did trading for me. By this period of time i have top up four times
1. November 20th 2019 rs. 40000/- as my opening blnc
2. November 22nd 2019 rs. 10000/-
3. December 2nd 2019 rs. 40000/-
4. December 18th 2019 rs. 40000/-
By this period of time he has traded only for 19 days in that he has traded only rs. 57035 and from that brokerage itself rs. 38223.09 gone... He had made only profit as rs. 18811.91.
But he has made loss from my capital rs. 89040/- within a week...
He has forwarded rs. 31377 as payout in several times as u said. But only rs. 18811.91 as profit and balance he has forwarded from my capital only...
And from january i traded myself from my sky mobi app... U can check everything from ur data clearly if am giving any wrong accusations i can place all details legally and media.
As i placed complaint from ur office instead of taking proper steps to give solution to my complaint ur blaming myself.
When i can called and asked mr. Divine about loss he coolly saying he can recover rs. 1000/- per day and give and that is also a very tough job for him to recover.
And he is asking "who asked u to invest in sky commodity did i asked u to invest in sky commodity".
When i contacted velacherry office there also they are asking the same "who asked u to invest in sky commodity" what does it means
It is not necessary for me loss my money and to give false accusations to u all. I can proof everything legally... If still there is no solution for my complaint i'll forward everything in media and other social media and will face it legally

They didn't give any solution so far still talking talking that's what they are doing... No proper solution
