SkyKing — no idea where is my product

I submitted My Product AWB No. 67069724 on[protected] at SKYKING COURIER SERVICE'S BRANCH AGENT at ETAWAH, UTTAR PRADESH 206001 which is to be delivered at AGRA, UTTAR PRADESH 282004 but My Shipment is not dispatched yet and there is no Tracking History or Details on www.skyking.co website when I am making calls to SKYKING COURIER SERVICE'S COMPANY AND BRANCH AGENT both are avoiding Me and they said that they don't know where is my Product. I am feeling really exploited by SKYKING COURIER SERVICE'S COMPANY.
