I bought product - engage 4w exp strolly 68 wine red on march 2016. The quality of the product is that poor, it got broken in the very first use of it, while check-in at airport. The handle was broken and the cloth around it tore completely. I gave it for servicing at hyderabad (Service form document no - s49mr17/11), where the handle was repaired, but the cloth is not set properly, making it unfit for usage. Worst customer service.
