This is with reference to your Complaint no. 240037

On receipt of the said complaint, we appointed our area service in charge to inspect the product digitally. Post evaluation, we found no evidence of manufacturing defects and that product is in line as per the quality and standard of the company which was conveyed to you.

Kindly note that our executive who inspected the Product is technically qualified and possesses full knowledge of mattress and pillows manufacturing.

Since the product is found to be fit for use and with no manufacturing defects the company recommends the product for future usage.
