How long it will be before I will receive my item.

I too have purchased Sleepwell Glory king size 10 months before of value 52k.
with in 2 months mattress got sagging problem. worst part of the mattress is you cant kept it vertical or horizontal for few minutes also or else all foam get accumulated towards one side and then never get in shape again, so you have to keep mattress flat on plain floor surface only, this is the greatest draw back, so shifting of mattress is very difficult. Now after 2 months when i got problem with the mattress i went to dealer he ask me to call company customer call center n register the complain and then after doing lots of followup n many more, also my dealer help me & give me their higher authorities phone number so finally after 3 months i received a same amount voucher, for replacement of mattress, luckily by that time same mattress price is not increased so i don't have to pay extra.
and after that within a month i got my new replacement mattress deliver & i have never pay any delivery charges. But now guess it is since from jan 17 i am using it & now it has got sagging again...towards down..its shape is becoming uneven..&..now i don't understand what to do...From me personal experience i well say only one thing ...Sleepwell is really worst & pathetic...complete waste of your Hard earned Money...If you want to buy such type of Mattress then try Goderej..My sister is using it from last 7 years and till now not a single complain.
