Sleepwell — Sleepwell Dignity Mattress

I have purchased the Dignity model mattress of Sleepwell on at 37700/- rs from Milan Furniture and Fitting sin HSR, Bangalore

After using the mattress on the 1st day, me & my mother both have got severe back pain, and told it to the shopkeeper from where I had purchased it. He asked me to not call him / visit him as he cant help and didn't give any solution.

Me and My mother are going to ortho and have been recommended to not use the mattress with immediate effect.

I bought dignity mattress from milan furniture and furnishings, owner Ashok Sundesha and office boy Girish.

Mattress was delivered and it is not suiting us, my mother has been recommended for orthopedician after sleeping on that mattress for 2 hours.

After speaking to Ashok and Girish, i have been asked that they will not help in this case and i will have to take up this matter directly with company.

Its a complaint waste of money and time now.
