I had raised a complaint (Sleepwell complaint no. 178235) for degradation/crumbling of my 4 sleepwell mattresses. Mr. Jitender Kumar was assigned for inspection. I received a message from him asking for photos as he will not be able to visit. I had shared the photos of 1 damaged mattress and told him that I have the same problem with the rest of the mattresses as well. I asked him to let me know if I need to share the photos from all the mattresses. He didn't respond at all. This is highly unprofessional. I have attached the snapshots of the conversation along with this complaint. Also the complaint got closed quoting there is no damage to the mattress and the complaint is not genuine! This is totally unacceptable. I had shared bills as well with Mr. Jitender and also attaching the same over here as well. The mattresses are just 2 years old and are in bad shape. Please note the warranty description on the website says clearly that crumbling of mattresses will be claimed. I have attached the snapshot of the same from their website here as well. I have shared emails to the customer care and their responses as well in the attachments.
