Slicepay — I have purchase uber gift cards from slicepay but its is showing invalid

I have purchased Uber+uber eats gift card from slicepay . but Whichever Giftcard I have received is showing invalid.
Both companies not responding. Slicepay says that All issues regarding gift card will be resolved by Uber
like this
"in case you face any issues with Uber, please reach out to Uber support via help.uber.com, or under the help section of the app."
and uber is showing invalid gift card
What should I do? One of them theft my money.
I want my money back or give me valid gift card.
