I had availed their service to ant and cockroach control at my residence on Oct 09 2016 and paid Rs. 1750. Their technicians came and sprayed indoor and outdoor, but the ants were back the very next day in the kitchen and were a lot more than earlier. Upon calling, their supervisor kept ensuring for over 3 days they will send a technician for a repeat spraying. Finally nobody came until 13th Oct 2016 (time of posting this complaint), and now they have stopped receiving my calls. ANYBODY READING THIS, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I would want a refund of the payment for such terrible service.

The owner sent an email requesting to take down the justdial review promising a full resolution within a day. A day later, their technician called at 3:00 saying he will arrive in 15 mins. Being a workday, I asked him to come by 4 since nobody was at home. To which he said he cannot wait an hour and asked me to take it up with the company and disconnected the call. Quiet arrogant staff staff they have. The owner still hasn’t called even once inspite of requesting a call back atlas 2-3 times. Their staff promised a callback in 30 mins but the call never came. Save yourself the trouble o[censored]sing their service.

NOTE TO OWNER: I am no longer interested in your service. Kindly issue a refund and save me the misery.
