Smart Card — not received of canteen smart card

Sir, i apply for new canteen smart card after expire of old smart cardga[protected]p00 at urc 59 arty bde c/o 99 apo.
I received the message from your side that your application have been received for new card on 13 apr 2018.
But sir after fifteen days i have not received any message about card dispatch or new card is done.
Sothat due to not received of new cards i am facing the problem to purchase needful house hold item from csd.
Pl info me about dely of my new card and present status.
If it ready pl dispatch it as early as possible.
