Smart Fashion Girl — not able to contact with the supplier where payment is made already

I have ordered a top from smart fashion girl online site and got a message that it will be delivered on 9 Aug 2019. And paid the cash. Now the website is missing. And cant contact them via the contact number. Contact number saved was[protected]. And their contact number is switched off and showing out of service. I think its a case of fraud online site. Please take immediate actions.
