Please clarify the deduction of PNR No, KK56IQ booked from terminal INCCU0300002EL. Alreay I have checked with jet airways there will no deduction on this ticket. Then how did you deducted such a huge amount of 3710/- for this ticket even they have checked the the payment instruction made to herems. My client is working in very high profile govt. job here and have good connection in upper administrative label. She will go to the higher authority in terms of police & consumer court stating that You have given remarks to JET Airways that due to disconnecting flight guest is unable to catch the flight you have taken full refund & snatching 3710/- in your pocket. You have got full refund from airline and you are misleading agents & customer as well. Please reply back urgently otherwise I will sue you on behalf my client. This is also a miss interpretation of brand Smart Shop. Don't think you are in chennai she can not do anything from here then you are wrong. Give proper justification of REMARKS.
