Smart Wrist Watch Unitech Arcadia — fooling people

I ordered smart watch from unitech arcadia but it is completely different from that shown in picture. The quality is also cheap. My 2000 rs is gone and now i dont even havr their phonr number to ask for refund. Please help me and save other consumers from such fraudsters. They will kep fooling people and looting money... Its our hard esrned money and wish this forum will help me in gaining it back.. hoping for a positive reply
