When we open the courier the watch was not on and not working which we have order and the watch is not working the charger is not getting plugged and it seems its used watch so we mailed instantly after receiving the watch but till date no reply is been rec in website return policy is mention but all is fake and it seems its a big fraud company so please help us to rec our money

This Shoppy Fever Unitech Srcadia, of Office No. 804, Sector49 Gurgoan, Haryana-122001 in associate with Ecom Express (courier partner) together looting inocent people by sending the lowest grade items that too not working almost damaged material. First time i order Automatic Car Air Compressor 12V @ Rs. 1299 on COD mode. I never checked the package for atleast a month long period since I was out of my home and due to long Lockdown which restrict movement of people. After a month when i open the parcel package i found the Car Air Compressor was completely demage. It was not due to mishandling by courier but they send it intensionally the demage product to there customers. If the demage was happen due to mishandling by courier it wouldn't have demage right from wiring of the inside machine. The quality of the product was one of the lowest grade it seems like a doll of children. The competent authority must take up appropriate action against such fraudulent looters. Who know one day you or your near and dear one also may become victim of such fraud seller.

We can't do anything we are helpness.
