I Ordered W2 smart watch order id SW6854. but Smart wrist watch unitech Arcadia with address office no 814B, SEC 49, Gurgaon HR 122001 - GSTIN 06AGRPK3785B2Z7 has delivered the wrong and cheap watch. Cheat on customer as watch shown in cataloge and actual are totally different in look and specification.

Updated by Arun01051986 Hi, Today i have received a call from number +91 [protected], asking for my paytm password to refund the amount. I seriously do not understand why do we need password to transfer the amount.

Its a complete circle where first they will cheat on online order and then asking for account details in the name of return.

Please do not share any account detail and inform the police as i did.

Hope we will be acted soon on the dispute.

I had ordered w2 smart watch and got it on 5.6.19.
It was for my daughter for getting an admission in australia.
When i presented the watch she said it is not working. Tried to charge it.No use
sent message, mail many times.
No response.
I am going to complain this to grievance cell to take action.
