Smart Wrist Watch Unitech Arcadia — wrong product delivered

It is very irritating that i ordered wc1 smart watch online from vsk2 international unitech arcadia, office no 814-b sector 49, gurgaon, haryana on dated 01.01.19 but when i received from blue dart courier on dated 05.01.19 found it is not that watch i have ordered (Wc1 smart watch) and it looks like it is already used one and not working properly also and delivered wrong item. So i try to return but neither mail response nor any contact number available. I m very disappointed with this type of online services. I want to return back this watch and get back my money on priority basis.
