[Resolved]  Smartech Business Data Solution — denied my salary and didn't refund my registration fees

Never join a company that is asking you for money to give you work is the basic think i understood smart each business data solution company. I was looking home base jobs and i found this site and i contacted their concern person ridhi
[protected]. There are many persons same dealing with this company. Hr deepak[protected].http://www.smartechbusinessdatasolution. then i enquired about the job she said as usual 100% genuine pay 3600s registration in which 3000s is refundable and they legal bonds will be there etc. My mistake i believed them. She said 480 pages will be send and we need to type in ms word within 18days per day just spend 2-4 hours partime and will get 20k. And i paid 3600s. Then they send me the agreement details saying if there is error in typed data cash is non refundable. And even salary won't be paid if accuracy is not 75%. Manually typing errors will be there and they know it very well so they kept this agreement. So i carefully did my maximum. And the work will be oh completed if we spend atleast 10hours a day. And they said me everything u just ask the concern person ridhi for doughts. She said me even i can extend the work for 7 days if it's not completed.

At the end of 18th day i asked for a few hours extension ridhi said yes and company mailed saying there is no rule for extension. If not submitted on time they will reject the work. But as per my request they approved extension. As there is no relation i between the words said my ridhi and company. Ridhi also said payment will be done 24-72hra after work completion before i registered. After completing their work they said 7-14days it will take time to find error, not for payment. Becuse their aim to find errors not to pay.

Now i got the mail saying my work is rejected due to incompletion. I had dought whether 480 pages of pdf or 480 pages of ms word. I asked ridhi the concerned person she said 480 pages of pdf. And i did so even being pregnant sleepless night i completed the work. Now they saying 480 pages of ms word, and they said it's mention in the guidelines and agreement. But it's not mentioned in the guidelines and agreement. I saw it in mail just as note and i confirmed with ridhi she said me 480pagws of pdf. Now they denying my salary and registering money. Saying all this company policy etc. There is so no value for the 18days of sleepless nights spend to complete this work. No value for the work i done.

This company full cheated me. So anyone who gonna join this pls be aware. Don't do work for company which ask u for registration money. If we doing the work we should be paid, not them. It was my mistake that i trusted those people and if anyone who got cheated pls go file complaint againt these type. I too filing complaint against them. When i said i will file complaint they said no use etc. They have agreement and all but in their agreement and mou document it's not mentioned. So surely there will be justice for me.
Now i lost "inr3600 registration fees, inr20, 000 salary which was not paid, 20 days of my life. But i will surely fight for justice for my 3600s and also 20k of salary.
Once again"do not join this company" they are fraud.
