Last evening i received MI PLUS WRIST WATCH AND 7I EARPHONE but both are not working.. See i wnna say please stop playing with the hearts of people and of their money bcz money tree pe ni lagda hai jo app..log smjh re ho.. I[censored] realy want the suces of ths compny then Earn the trust of the people by delivering them good and fresh items else Dont dare to earn their money..DONT BREAK PUBLIC TRUST..PLS.. AND KINDLY REFUND MY MONEY BCK ELSE GIVE ME A FRESH PIECE.. KEEP THIS IN UR MIND THAT STOP PLAYING WITH THE PUBLIC..

I received power bank at 4th September, I booked Sony power bank, and they sent me third class (local) power bank.I sent mail, I am trying contact with customers care.but no budy give me response.
This is huge fraud shopping company.

I bought a power bank and an air pod came free with it . Now the problem is the power bank doesn’t charge any thing it is a dummy box that has been sent I think and the AirPod dissipate charge quickly.I think I was duped . I tried to return the products but there is no clear return method they just received my grievance that’s all no reply from their side
I would like to complaint this to the concerned authorities, if anybody know pls give details
