I have placed order for 32000mah power bank and wireless earphones in the google advertising payment done 849 rupees through razorpay on 28 october 2018 the items came to delivery without intimating the ecomexpress has sent back, the razorpay customer services conveyed to smartgazes.com, i have sent mails to smartgazes.com to return the payment, but they aren't responding.
