Smarttv123 Octa Air — purchased on 30/01/2018 but till date not received (12/03/2018)

I had paid money through credit card and purchased Four octa air tv antenna through advertisement on facebook by smarttv123.com on 30/01/18. I had not received the products till now (12/03/18). I had communicated to their customer care but no proper reply. Also i obsevered similar complaints againt the same company in consumer complaints form. I would like to request you to initiate refund the amount.
