Order for 3 units placed on 13-Feb-2018 not delivered till 16-Apr-2018. After online chat with customer service, they said reshipment done but that too still not received. I am beginning to think this is a fraud site (www.smarttv123.com) and i want to get a refund. What are the options available with me?

Yes this is a BOGUS COMPANY. They also reship the item twice and no item arrives via local mail. Have mail them 1000 times with same reason from them
