Import of t v antenna-without licences-now sent back to sender

I, jitendra j dhariya. Am a retired sbi pensioner, lay a few lines for
Your kind and favourable consideration.

By lucrative add on my mobile (Yutube) i was tempted to order a
Set top box from "smart tv 123" octa air,
Erroneously i tab on 3 so they charged me for 3 boxes rs.7235/- i
Requested to correct it for one box and return my money but they did
Not attended the request.

On 07th feb my bank a/c was debited and money was sent to them,
Hey did not acknowledged but they confirm order by mail the order for
I waited nearly a month but nothing was recieved not even a mailabout,

On my reminder they expressd sorry for the delay as high demand oftheir
Product and promised to send set top boxes soon.

This instance repeatedly happen but no product was sent, no any inform.

Meanwhile i had to go out of city, so i gave them temporary address and
Mob. No for delievery if sent. But nothing happened no response.

On 14th may i redeived a call notice from the custom department mumbai
That the product i ordered was restricted and allowed on having a permit
From govt. Authority only. I can return the goods by paying charges of
Rs1500/- per box, to sender.
The importing of set top boxes was needed licence from
The govt. Of india, my goods were arrived but they were
Seized by custom department and i was to pay fine of rs.
500/- for each box.
Otherwise to face a litigation which required me to be
Present in the court of bombay, 218 miles away from my
Town, nashik (Maharastra). Time to time
Sir, i am 74 yrs old person unable to visit bombay
Frequently so idecided to pay the fine and keep away
From litigation.
Till then the company-smart tv 123-didnot inform about
The despatch or whereabuots of the device i purchased

The company not saying anything about the set top boxes or my money.
Moreover i have insured the product as per their offer and also paid the
Cover amount.
Custom deprtmet is not ready to ask the company, the goods they returned
To, refund of money as the product is not delievered to addressee
Kindly therefore advise and arrange suitably to give justice to a sinior
Citizen for his valuable money and time i was upset for 4/5 months.
I was not at all aware about the rules prevailing even the company didn't
Confirm, as there is sugar coated so called"customer satisfaction"'

Thus i am unnecessary harrased and mentally troubled.
