We bought w2 smart watch from that website. But its not working. Touch not worked. The battery is not charging. Bluetooth not functioning well. Totally its useless. We complained to return the product by mail and enquiry form many times.. But they are not respond to our complaint. Its very big loss to us.
Don't buy any product from that website.
We need refund of our payment rs. 2, 099/-

We asked many times for the take back of the material and refund the amount. Due to not an worthy product for the money.
Kindly do the needful in urgent basis.
Don't take more delay. We will wait for 3 days only. If not get refund, we will move this issue to consumer court.
