Smashing Commerce — complaint for online shopping

I had purchased a phone mount online but as shown it was not the same product. It is of inferior quality and it is not worth. There is no extension rod as shown in picture. It's all waste. Now i want to return it and want my money back. Order number id pbwvsm5f2d. I feel that people selling the product are cheating and making fool of customers. How do i get my money back???
