Smashing Commerce — duplicate product.. I have could not usable product I got.

Hi,
I have received a product 'phone mount' from 'smashing commerce' through instagram advertisement. It is a useless product with lots of damages. I just want to return it but couldn't because of no response from their team. Even i am trying to contact them via call but no one responding. I drop mail to them.
I don't able to use it for single day.
They charged me 499 rupees. I want my found back.
