Smashing Commerce — electronic insect, mice repeller

I have ordered for one & then after reading the reviews in the net immediately tried to cancel my order by email. There was a gap of around five minutes between order & cancellation request. I have sent them a number of mails, but they didn't response. I have called one named ankita sen but she refused to take the call & send me a sms mentioning her friend would contact. Accordingly when the call came she had refused to cancel my order. It seems to me that they are simply cheating people with a fake material.
