Smashing Commerce — I am complaining about defective material delivered to me

This is to inform that on 7th october i placed an order of worth₹399 it was delivered to me on 9th october but the sticky gel pad which was delivered to me are of inferior quality and it is not holding the object with firmness.
So i request you to kindly return the sticky gel pad with another one or give my entire money i have paid for this

As i have purchased gelpad from your website, and i have got it by cod i got to know that the quality and the product is not as costly as it looked and also i am not satisfied with the product so i want to return it back and want my money back as soon as possible ...
