Smashing Commerce — mobile phone stand.

After seeing an ad i applied for a mobile stand.in ad it was showing that it is an adjustable one. It was disclosed that this item wiil be adjusted as per requirement. But on delivery it was found that just an ordinary stand was packed. Why a wrong item was delivered? An accurate item may please be exchanged. On the other hand when coy was contacted on the given phone no, it was found wrong.

The product provided is not the same as the one shown on the add and the quality is too poor and can't risk my phone with it.
