Smashing Commerce — poor quality ultimate phone holder

Ordered one mobile holder for car after watching an advertisement in facebook. But the product i received is completely different and of poor quality. Can you please arrange for return and refund of my money of 499. I think some action has to be taken to remove the advertisement in facebook. Please pick up this wrong item and refund my 499/- as early as possible

Very poor products
Sir, Recently I purchased mobile holder in car. But it is not appropriate as mentioned in the face book ad. I therefore requested for return. But till today no action from your side. Take action at an earliest.
