Smashing Commerce — phone mounting device wrong product received

I had purchased one car mounting device from your website by online on 04th oct 2019 and it got delivered on 08. Th october 2019, that particular product not suits for my car and wrong product received from your end by online, i need to return the device and get back my money. Please help to how to go about it.

Total number one FROUDE company. All products are Froude and expensive also. Make a rule for them to stop advertise on social media marketing.
