Your geek order awb:[protected], 1 item (S) of rs 380.00 is out for delivery via xpressbees, please keep cash ready... This message am getting daily even after delivery of the product... I am highly unsatisfied with the product and with the customer care of the company as they were unable to resolve my issue... When i am asking refund which u promised to give if we r not satisfied with ur product... Customer care is trying to convince me that though i got other product.. It will have same effect and trying to prove that i have ordered the product which i got... Pathetic people cheating customers... Plz refund the product because i have your mails in which u r proving ur own sense of fooling customers as i have proof of invoice with mrp of the product i ordered to prove you have cheated on.. The product which you deliver to us and we had recieved that product is broken i just to exchange to other same product so keep you hurry up and replace this broken product.
I seen in facebook network..facebook is a worlwide social media so i trusted it and order smashing commerce product but i got a cheap local product instead of shown product..it is a kind of cheating from facebook.so please avoid it and stop doing like this it may affect a big network
