Smashing Commerce — zoom lens quality issue

Hi team - i ordered your item from facebook and the item was delivered to me on 6th november. The quality of the product is not at all up to mark. The final output from the lens is all blurred not even close to what you showed in the advertisement. I wish either a exchange or a return of my product at the earliest. I tried posting my complaint earlier and received a revert that it will be resolved but haven't heard a thing on it.
Hence, requesting you to resolve it at that earliest otherwise i will file a complaint in consumer court.
