Received the item on[protected] and prima facie i did find it to be very much disgusting to note that:image and appearance of the item is quite different from that appeared in the ad on facebook. It's function is also not noiseless. It is humming like a small buzzer - that is enough to disturb sleep. As informed in message on the day of placing order-package did not contain any free gift inside. Overall i do not appreciate this kind of marketing practices.
Hence i do feel cheated like other purchaser of the product above.
In reply to my mails to the said company i am frequently being convinced to use the product for 60 days; whereas product is producing so much intolerable noise that it is not possible to use it for a single night.
Please take up necesary action at your level for its replacement/refund soonhi ankita
