I am not satisfied your product whose sent me by home deleivery becase its diffrent product from my order, I am very disappointed with the product.
First of all, it is not as nice as shown in their web site. Also, it makes a very shrill noise that we can hear, and it is very irritating! It is not ultrasonic as you advertised. Finally, there was no surprise gift which was supposed to be shipped with the product!
I am afraid this company cheated me! I want them to take it back at their cost and give me a full refund. This company is a fraud company.
