Smile Care Dental Clinic — illegal tin shed and harassment by doctor

Doctor is running his clinic on a residential property. He provided illegal tin shed for his clinic because of which ground floor member suffers with darkness in his room due to loss of sunlight.Also it had made a fear of robbery for first floor members as it is easy to reach and break the window grill and enter the house.
He has made a separate gate in the building for entrance in his clinic, which is again illegal in such a small socirty.He parks his car at the entrance of the main gate of the building which is creating a chaos for other society members to enter the building. Also it had become a diffult job to park two wheeler in the society as car is blocking the gate.
Please make him to remove the tin shed and close the separate gate which he had made for himself.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
