SMR Builders — Flat constructed/response

Hi,

I purchased a flat from SMR builders. The flat is located at SMR Vinay Elegance, , Hyderabad. As per the agreement, they should have handed over the flat on June 2006. But they handed over the flat on October 2006 without Amenities. All the inside Work of the flat is Good Tiles flooring was Good and marbles had a Some cracks. We have been asking them to make the Marbles to Replace. They have been delaying the work Finally we spoke to Mr.Venugopal reddy (P.M) and finally he replace . They finish the amenities march 2007 The builder is Good But Middle level People Not informing to the management . No flat owners in SMR Elegance is unsatisfied with SMR's construction and recently we purchased flat at kondapur SMR Iconia

We have contacted the MD, Ed before taking flat they offered good deal for existing people
I recommended that before purchase please visit and discus with Md or Ed Directly
