Skylark has not respected the agreement for ithaca estates in whitefield, bangalore. The agreement during building phase was that skylark will reimburse the pemi deducted from customers towards the house loan during construction phase, until possession is granted.
However skylark has not been disbursing the reimbursement, and this is creating huge problems for customers, as every month the pemi is getting deducted for house loan.
