I am a registered member of Snap Fitness 24/7, Indirapuram since April 2016 availing a one year membership.Since my joining i have experienced very bad service.
There have been many instances which have caused grievances to me and fellow members.These are listed below-
1.Cut Off of power due to electricity bill not being paid on time by the owner.
2.Digi not functioning due to non availability of diesel.
3.Right now, the rent of the premises has not been paid since the new year causing the gym to shut down on a temporary basis.
All these have resulted in loss of approximately 3 months of my 12 months membership.
I would like to make a case to get a refund of my money.
