Dear Sir, I have order ASUS Laptop from snap deal on 18 Nov 2014, But i have received it in damaged condition on 27 Nov 2014 and i was returned it for replacement on 29 Nov 2014. Snap deal people says that they have arranged the new product from other vendor on 3rd Dec 2014, But there is a issue with courier to ship the product. Still now this not resolved. Snapdeal people says they have escalated. I don't what and were they are escalating. Sir i hobble request you that pls resolve this on priority. Was this information helpful? | |||
