Snapdeal — b7 creations curtains set of 2 | |||
I had ordered curtains from snapdeal through 2 separate orders Order [protected] & Order [protected]. I should have received 4 sets of curtains against my 2 orders. But I received only 2 sets of curtains in a single cover on 4th Jan for which I paid Rs 1459/- (Rs 737+Rs 722)( photo of cover attached). Since I received only 2 curtains I put a replacement request. The product was picked up against both my orders on 7th Jan. The replaced product was received on 13th Jan and I was shocked to find only 1 set of curtain instead of 4 sets. So i immediately applied for refund. The product was picked up on 14th jan and Rs 737 credited to my account on 15th Jan against order [protected]. But the balance amount of Rs 722 against order no [protected] is still not refunded. They are sending courier boys for pick up again and again whereas the pick up of single cover including both orders was already done on 7th January. The company is just misleading me and not providing me refund. They are rescheduling pick up again and again. Although pick up was done on 7th Jan refund is not yet done. I want the refund of Rs 722 immediately against order no [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
