[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Not accepting a return. Sent a pirated e-copy of the book instead of paperback.

Extremely unprofessional behaviour from their end. Daft customer service. Despite repeated promises to cancel the product, they have forcefully shoved this subpar pirated book down my throat. They offer the customer no scope for honest mistakes and second thoughts. Snapdeal is a modern day snake oil seller and surviving on borrowed time.
