I had purchased refrigerator from snapdeal on 2nd se 2013 which has 10 year warranty now compressor has stopped working & for warranty claim I need invoice.surprisingly on snapdeal portal my delivered order is reflecting as a cancelled & I am unable to download the invoice. Have written 7 mail with order details & product serial number but receiving useless automated mails. Need invoice urgently since I need to claim compressor.
