[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Product not delivered even though the status says delivered | |
I have ordered a black heel shoe through Snapdeal online on dated 20 Oct 20 with order I'd [protected]. The status of order on the tracking page shows delivered. But I have not received the consignment yet. I made several queries through e mail to Snapdeal customer support. But no efforts made from their side to resolve my issue. I have repeatedly requested for one to one conversation with customer care representative. The helpline number being IVRS doesn't reach to one to one conversation. My request for a call back to my personal number is also not answered till date. I wish an early response and solution to my problem. Kindly do arrange for refund at the earliest. Tahnk you.
