Hi,
This is to inform you wth utmost displeasure that I had ordered for two items of Akari Mosquito Killer Rackets on[protected] from Snapdeal website ... And got these products delivered on[protected] . However, the rackets which I received were somewhat different from those ordered( One Pink Color and other Yellow Color received ) .. Received rackets were of Oval Shape instead of Square Shape ordered...But brand was of Akari...for this I raised return request for pickup of these rackets asap stating Inaccurate Website Description.. And i was given option of refund...next day courier person from Shadowfax Mr. Rakesh Ghosh came and attempted pickup..he accepted the return of Pink Color but refused to pickup the Yellow-coloured racket mentioning that the color was different from that ordered coz while ordering the website shown the picture of Pink Color racket...so, he requested me raise a new complaint stating that Wrong Color Product found...In the same manner, I raised the complaint by speaking with Snapdeal executive, even sharing the images of both the rackets received along with outer packaging...However, no one responded to my request...everytime, they are misleading me that it would be picked up within next 2-3 days...I have mailed several times at [protected]@snapdeal.com ... Requested for call via app...but to no result.. Everytime they are giving false assurance...many times the executives are disconnecting my calls in between...pretending they are unable to hear me and various other rude behaviours...how can Snapdeal behave with their customers in such an unprofessional manner? People will stop shopping from Snap deal if this is the case...
Now, from the last few days, its showing in Snapdeal App that Pickup failed coz Unable to Connect to Customer but nobody ever called me for pickup neither I got any message regarding pickup...I have also enquired from Shadowfax courier person...coz I was informed the second racket would also be picked up from Shadowfax...but he told Shadowfax didn't receive any pickup request from Snapdeal...so, again a lie...moreover, every day at 12AM in the morning, I am gettimg a text message that no response from customer...kindly raise a new return request if you want to return your product...but to my woe, when I am clicking on Update Pickup in Snapdeal, I am not able to raise the requedt coz all the buttons ar le frozen over there...I have shared the images of the frozen screen and the page where its written couldn't connect customer and the page where its written Update Pickup...but nothing is happening...Kindly assist me in this matter ... The prices I paid for each racket was Rs 625...I received the refund for one returned racket but not for the other...kindly pickup my racket and issue refund..and look into this matter that customers don't get harassed in this manner...
