[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Unethical Business policies of Snapdeal against sellertot | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I am the seller on Snapdeal and my seller id is S46994. I registered with the snapdeal in the month of Sept 2021 . I have very unpleasant with this company as they deduct lots o[censored]nethical business charges which leads to huge losses to me. Below are the some of the examples o[censored]nethical business practices done by them : 1) Courier return charges of Rs 23 per order will be borne by seller. as per their policy. We received orders from snapdeal but if the courier person is unable to deliver due to any reason then we have to borne Rs 23 per order. Also., we have suspect that they are providing the fake buyer orders and charging this charges from seller. None of the other e-commerce charge from seller for courier return. 2) Seller Dashboard does not match with actual payments. Returns shows on your dashboard is very less but when they made the payment these buyer returns are on higher side. When we called the customer care for the same and they said that there is problem in dashboard and it not updated. You consider the buyer returns as per the payment amount. We worked whole day on the dashboard and if that dashboard is not correct then how we can do work. 3) Stock Out Commission Charges : They deduct the stock out commission charges if the SLA breach for the handover of order to courier person by seller. This is the seller responsibility if the courier person not come for the pick up of the orders and seller need to raise the dispute in the portal and if we do not raise the dispute then they deduct Rs 250 charges per order. Snapdeal person never guide us about these charges and when we came to know about then it is already very much delayed. Though after that we are raising the dispute but still it has been charged to us as courier person has pick the order from seller but they have not update the same in their system and seller has been levied for these charges as well. We informed the same to Snapdeal customer care but they are not ready to listen anything. We have issued many queries regarding this issue with snapdeal but never received any satisfactory revert. They are making profits from sellers by charging above unnecessary charges. We have borne lots of loss in the business due to the above unethical business practices done by snapdeal. There are lots of bad reviews about snapdeal can be seen in the youtube and google which shows they have some issues with thier policies. I request you to kindly review their unethical business policies which makes snapdeal profitalble on the loss of seller who is the hard earner and help him from destroying his business.
