Snapdeal — defect laptop purchased not replacing

I purchased laptop through snapdeal, it gives one and half hour battery power back up only whereas their specification shows 5 hrs back up. Regarding this issue i approached help center they suggest me to contact lenovo service team. I contacted them after checking they told everything is normal we wont change any battery or hardware items. So i went for return option on the 5 th day itself that i received. As per snapdeal policy consumer has 7 days to return the product if the product was not satisfied. But snap deal is not taking their product and not responding well. I am highly upset please help me to get my money back.
