Snapdeal — Didn't get my money back, almost 6 month ago complain

Hi, I am Sudip ghosh, ((*order no [protected], nd m orderd Universal nutrition animal cut's 42 packs. Complaing amount 2750*/) First off all I received a wrong products after that I gave them the product. But they didn't refunding my money.. When I am calling them the customer service say it's refunding on 16 February, 2015. Then I am sending my bank account pass book statements, there clearly shows that snapdeal didn't provide me any kind of refund, after that they again nd again initiating refund, but I didn't get it, now when m calling them they told that my refund issued done on 16 fav, .nd sand me mails r includes with different refund reference no.. Last 19 may 2015 I again sending my bank account details but they didn't provide me any kind of refund, they send a mails and gave me another refund reference no. Sir, I don’t know exjectly what to do, plz checks the screen shot images, I think u can understand it. Till 6 months m faceing this problem, day by day I called them but they didn't provide me a best services. if any problm plz call me sir :[protected]/[protected]
